  1. Do I need to pay for my Morph eXchange account?
    No, we do not charge you when you sign up for a Morph eXchange account.

  2. Why do I need a Morph eXchange account?
    A Morph eXchange account provides you access to all of our software as a service solutions in one convenient location. With your Morph eXchange account, you get single-sign on access to on-demand applications listed at Morph eXchange. You can take our products for a test-drive, participate in beta programs and choose subscriptions that best suit your needs.

  3. How do I subscribe to an application?
    After logging in to your Morph eXchange account, you may subscribe to an application by clicking the View Available Subscriptions found at the Subscriptions tab OR by clicking the Add a Subscription link at the sidebar. You will be shown the available subscriptions page with links to Learn More or Subscribe. Click on Subscribe and a page will appear with subscription plan options. Choose your plan and you will be required to name your subscription (provide a unique name for your subscription. Your choice must have lowercase alphanumeric characters: a-z or 0-9. Hyphens are allowed between characters but no spaces please. After clicking the button “Yes, add the subscription now”, you will be returned to your subscriptions page with a notification about the newly added subscription. You may verify the subscription by finding it at the top of your subscriptions list.


  4. How do I add a user to my account?
    In your Users tab, you can click on the Add a User option after the page description or from the sidebar. You will be shown a form where you will register the details of your new user. The default role of a new user is Normal User. You may add privileges to your new user by ticking the checkboxes for one or a combination of the following roles: Account Admin, Billing Manager, Subscriptions Manager, and Users Manager.


  5. What are the privileges of the various roles that I can assign to my users?
    As creator of the Morph eXchange account, you are the default Account Admin with full administrative rights to the account. Only an Account Admin can edit the account settings such as set the currency for the account, purchase Morph Credits, view the Purchase History, and cancel or delete the account. With full rights, an Account Admin has the privileges assigned to the following roles.

    A Billing Manager’s privilege is to view the Billing History and see the subscription billing summaries of the account.

    A Users Manager can add a user and assign roles (except the Account Admin role), edit a user’s profile, and disable or delete users.

    A Subscription Manager has the privilege to add a subscription to the account and assign users by clicking the Settings option for that subscription and ticking the check boxes next to the listed account users.
